For now, you can think of it like an online hackathon, but without judges, sponsors, deadlines, or pitches.
And the prize is... more hacking.
How It Works
Every week, there's a meet up to screenshare our live dev environments. We share what we're stuck on or what we're having fun with or what we figured out. It's a fun way to learn new stuff, and keep momentum going. It breaks up the isolated stretches and gives us a place to talk about stuff nobody else really gets.
And chat's always there to ask for help (or just a friendly ear) when you need it.
What's with the dolphins?
Someone once pointed out that humans think they're the smartest because they make things like the wheel, New York, wars, and venture capital. Whereas dolphins just play in the water, and consider themselves the smartest for exactly that reason.
We're in the system. We see the extraction. The dolphins showed us we can play differently..
Building our own environment
We're also building the tools for The Infinite Build together, to make it anti-capture down to its fibres.
We're working on cryptographic systems that give each builder control of their own experience. Unix-like, composable, mostly harmless. A toolbelt that let's you conjure peer-support spaces around your needs. Interdimensional divergence and convergence, at your fingertips.
Come play
No application. No evaluators. Just answer a few questions from the heart to open yourself to help.
You'll sign and submit them using familiar tools in a new way. (An invitation to recognising new possibilities.) Your answers get shared with others joining at the same time, so we all know how we can help each other.
